I wrote the guide I wish had existed the first time I needed it.
I've had Peyronie's disease twice — first in my early thirties, then again in my mid-fifties. Two separate episodes, different progressions, neither requiring surgery.
The first time I got it wrong. I didn't understand the phases, I pushed through pain I shouldn't have, and I tried things at the wrong time. I saw seven urologists across both episodes. Not one mentioned supplements, diet, sleep or lifestyle. I came through it — but not as well as I could have.
The second time I had the information I needed, and the outcome was meaningfully better. This guide is that information, written down.
